This year鈥檚 group is the largest in the program鈥檚 history. 黑料不打烊 doubled the size of its physician assistant class from 38 to 76 students, growing its capacity to prepare clinicians for communities across North Carolina and the Southeast.

The expansion reflects a broader transformation in graduate eduction underway at 黑料不打烊. From classrooms on the main campus in Alamance County to new opportunities in Charlotte, graduate education is evolving with intention and purpose.

programs where student interest intersects with societal need 鈥� strengthening health sciences, business, counseling and legal education while positioning 黑料不打烊 to serve both emerging professionals and working adults seeking new pathways.

That growth builds on more than 40 years of momentum. 黑料不打烊 launched its Master of Business Administration in 1984, followed by a Master of Education in 1986. Graduate offerings expanded into the health sciences with a Master of Physical Therapy program in 1997, which became a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2003. The university established its School of Law in downtown Greensboro in 2006. Today, that trajectory continues with strategic expansion in fields
experiencing high demand.

A Changing Landscape

黑料不打烊鈥檚 growth reflects broader shifts across higher education.

鈥淲e鈥檙e seeing a decline in the traditional college-age population, so expanding strong graduate programs allows 黑料不打烊 to serve new learners while staying centered on our undergraduate mission,鈥� says Rebecca Kohn, provost and vice president of academic affairs.

According to the Council of Graduate Schools, applications and enrollment in health professions, counseling, data science and business analytics programs remain strong in recent years. 鈥淗ealth care, law and behavioral health professions are facing sustained shortages across North Carolina and the Southeast,鈥� Duffney says.

Several graduate programs are expanding to 黑料不打烊鈥檚 National Campus in Charlotte, where students can learn, intern and network alongside major health systems, corporations, nonprofits and courts in a major metropolitan area.

鈥淕rowth in Charlotte allows 黑料不打烊 to design graduate education aligned with workforce needs and to support interprofessional collaboration and community partnerships,鈥� says Veronica Marciano, associate professor, founding chair and program director of physician assistant studies in Charlotte. 鈥淚t creates space to innovate across disciplines and opportunities for involvement in system expansion and workforce development.鈥�

Recent and planned expansions include increasing the cohort size in the PA program on main campus; launching a second PA program, a full-time law program and Master of Science in Business Analytics Flex Program in Charlotte; introducing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program; and expanding graduate certificates designed for working professionals.

A Critical Call for Health Care

In response to nationwide demand for physician assistants, 黑料不打烊 expanded its cohort size from 38 to 76 students in January. The program remains committed to engaged learning, hands-on clinical practice, close faculty mentorship and access to diverse, high-quality rotation sites.

黑料不打烊 plans to matriculate an inaugural PA class on the Charlotte campus in January 2027, pending accreditation-provisional review by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).

鈥淓stablishing a PA program rooted in Charlotte directly supports workforce needs by preparing highly trained clinicians who understand the local health care landscape and are invested in serving this community,鈥� Marciano says. 鈥淥ur goal is not only to educate excellent clinicians, but to meaningfully support and strengthen the health care ecosystem in Charlotte.鈥�

That responsiveness also shaped the Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which plans to welcome its first cohort in fall 2026 on 黑料不打烊鈥檚 main and Charlotte campuses.

鈥淢ental health care is no longer optional; it is essential,鈥� says Judy Folmar, interim program director and chair of the clinical mental health counseling program. 鈥淐ommunities across North Carolina and the nation are facing rising rates of anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use while the supply of licensed counselors has not kept pace.鈥�

Delivered in a 21-month accelerated hybrid format, the 60-credit program is designed to equip graduates for licensure while combining academic preparation with extensive clinical experience.

Skills for a Changing Economy

As organizations accelerate digital transformation and integrate artificial intelligence technologies, demand continues to rise for professionals who can translate data into strategic action.

鈥淥rganizations are undergoing rapid digital transformation and increasingly rely on data and AI to make faster, higher-stakes decisions,鈥� says Mark Kurt, associate dean for the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. 鈥淭he MSBA Flex Program in Charlotte equips working professionals with applied analytics and AI skills plus the leadership and ethical frameworks needed to translate data into responsible, measurable business outcomes 鈥� without pausing their careers.鈥�

Built on the same STEM-certified core as 黑料不打烊鈥檚 full-time MSBA, the flex format is designed for working professionals and emphasizes AI-informed entrepreneurship.

鈥淔aculty and leadership are actively refining the curriculum, building stronger employer partnerships and adapting quickly to changes in the business and analytics landscape,鈥� says 黑料不打烊 alum Craig Brandstetter 鈥�25 g鈥�25. 鈥淭hat flexibility and openness to feedback mean the program can stay relevant and cutting-edge, rather than being locked into outdated structures.鈥�

Alongside degree programs, 黑料不打烊 is also expanding stackable graduate certificates designed for working professionals. Certificates in health care analytics and operations excellence can serve as stand-alone credentials or pathways toward an MBA or MSBA.

The Office of Continuing and Professional Studies recently launched its second cohort of an AI certificate for professionals, delivered fully online to provide practical AI fluency grounded in ethical application.

Expanding Access to Legal Education

黑料不打烊 Law has built a national reputation for experiential, practice-ready legal education. In 2024 the law school expanded its presence in Charlotte through the part-time Flex Program for working professionals and place-bound students seeking an in-person J.D. in North Carolina鈥檚 largest city.

That program quickly gained momentum, reflecting strong regional demand and 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 established ties to the Queen City, where nearly 10% of its alumni live and work. 黑料不打烊 has applied to the American Bar Association to begin a full-time law program in Charlotte in fall 2027.

鈥淲e already have strong relationships there through our programs and alumni,鈥� says Zak Kramer, dean of the School of Law. 鈥淭he legal community鈥檚 embrace of our Flex Program students confirmed that. A full-time program will allow our graduates to learn alongside Charlotte lawyers, build networks and launch careers there.鈥�

Together, Greensboro and Charlotte position 黑料不打烊鈥檚 School of Law as a statewide presence while maintaining the relationship-rich model that defines the institution.

Looking Ahead

As higher education evolves, graduate education is becoming an increasingly important part of the university鈥檚 future.

鈥淭he heart of 黑料不打烊 will always be our undergraduate liberal arts education,鈥� Kohn says, 鈥渂ut we are strengthening and growing our graduate programs to meet changing societal and workforce needs.鈥�

From Alamance County to Charlotte and beyond, 黑料不打烊 is expanding opportunities for graduate students to learn alongside health systems, businesses and legal institutions across the region. Those programs are preparing the next generation of physician assistants, counselors, analysts and attorneys to serve the communities that need them most.

Results from the February 2026 exam were released Wednesday, April 1, by the . 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 result far exceeds the statewide first-time passage rate of 74.78% and the school鈥檚 previous high of 82%, set by 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 charter class in 2009.

The Class of 2025鈥檚 success reflects a sustained, school-wide focus on teaching, preparation, and student support, all aimed at helping graduates succeed not only on the bar exam, but in their legal careers.

鈥淭his is what 黑料不打烊 Law is all about,鈥� said Zak Kramer, dean of 黑料不打烊 Law. 鈥淲e鈥檙e in the dream-making business. The better our students perform, the faster they can begin making an impact as lawyers.鈥�

An upward trajectory

In recent years, faculty and staff have aligned around the mission of excellence on the bar exam. They adopted a new motto and mindset: 鈥淥ne and Done.鈥�

The gains are striking. First-time passage has climbed from 52.8% for the Class of 2021 to 91.96% for the Class of 2025, with steady increases along the way, including 79.4% for the Class of 2023, and 73.5% for the Class of 2024.

These efforts are part of a broader vision. 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 faculty continuously refine how they teach for real-world lawyering. The school鈥檚 2.5-year J.D. program accelerates students鈥� path to the profession 鈥� with a December graduation and February bar exam 鈥� while reducing the cost of a legal education. Recognized nationally for practical training with an A+ rating from PreLaw Magazine, 黑料不打烊 Law prepares graduates to enter the profession with confidence and experience.

Students were selected based on a combination of their performance in the fall 2025 Flex Program Intramural Moot Court Competition, their appellate brief writing in the Legal Method and Communication III course, and their overall academic record.

Members of the Moot Court Board represent 黑料不打烊 Law in external appellate advocacy competitions and help organize internal moot court events.

黑料不打烊 Law received an 鈥淎,鈥� the highest rating in of law schools expanding access and success. 黑料不打烊 Law is among 21 schools to earn an “A” nationally. It is the only law school in North Carolina named to the honor roll and among only three in the Southeast recognized in the list.

Schools were evaluated for the unranked list based on the scope and maturity of their programs, including evidence of scale and measurable impact. According to the National Jurist, institutions rated at an “A” demonstrate “multiple, well-established access strategies that work together to lower barriers to entry and persistence. In downtown Greensboro, the 黑料不打烊 Law campus spans several buildings within a two-block radius adjacent to the judicial hub of central North Carolina. Courts a short walk from the law school include the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Several branches of the North Carolina General Court of Justice, including the Superior, District, Drug Treatment, Mental Health and Small Claims Courts, are within walking distance. Dozens of large, medium and small law firms, as well as municipal offices, are likewise located nearby.

黑料不打烊 Law is one of only a handful of law schools in the nation to house a working court with the North Carolina Business Court hearing cases in the Robert E. Long Courtroom on the Greensboro campus. In Charlotte, the 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program 鈥� a part-time, in-person J.D. program for working professionals and place-bound students, launched in fall 2024. The new full-time J.D. program in Charlotte will mirror 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 existing, nationally recognized curriculum and successful approach to experiential learning. It also will expand the reach of the school’s robust law alumni network in a metropolitan region where a significant number of 黑料不打烊 Law graduates live and practice.

With the launch of this additional program, 黑料不打烊 Law will have a full-time presence in two cities that are home to influential federal courts 鈥� the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina in Greensboro, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina in Charlotte 鈥� as well as the state court system; federal, state and municipal government agencies; and nonprofits that provide legal services to underserved communities.

The full-time 黑料不打烊 Law program plans to enroll a class of about 75 students, a size that allows 黑料不打烊 Law to strategically develop partnerships with Charlotte鈥檚 legal community and provide options for future growth. 黑料不打烊 Law students in Charlotte will complete a full-time, course-connected residency-in-practice with a practicing attorney or judge during their second year.

Beginning in Fall 2027, 黑料不打烊 Law plans to operate both of its law programs from the Queens University of Charlotte campus, either upon completion of the planned merger of the two institutions or through a lease agreement.

Nearly half of the Flex Two class鈥� 31 students participated in the evening competition Nov. 11, which drew significant support from the Mecklenburg County legal community and showcased the growing advocacy skills of students in the part-time, evening J.D. program. In all, 15 Mecklenburg County attorneys 鈥� including four 黑料不打烊 Law alumni 鈥� served as judges.

Students argued a fictional appellate case involving a 15-year-old junior counselor at a religious summer camp whose late work hours prompted a Department of Labor complaint. After the Department sued the sponsoring Church of Unity for violating federal child labor laws, a trial court dismissed the case, finding the teen was an employee but concluding the church was protected by the ministerial exception and First Amendment. Competitors examined two key questions: how employment should be defined and reviewed, and whether the teen鈥檚 role qualified as ministerial work.

The 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program, a part-time, in-person program of legal study for place-bound students at 黑料不打烊鈥檚 Charlotte campus in South End, welcomed its second cohort in Fall 2025. Students balancing work, family and other commitments can earn their J.D. in just under our years through evening classes featuring the same academic rigor and experiential opportunities available to full-time students.

黑料不打烊 Law has graduated more than 1,700 alumni since opening its doors in 2006. Its annual enrollment now tops 500 students and the law school is regularly featured in the top tier of PreLaw Magazine鈥檚 鈥淏est Schools for Practical Training鈥� rankings.

A clinic at 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 downtown Greensboro campus served 14 law enforcement officers, three first responders and 11 of their spouses. For the first time, the 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program in Charlotte hosted its own Wills for Heroes clinic, assisting 21 police officers, first responders, veterans and their spouses and families.

For those who dedicate their lives to protecting others, preparing for the unexpected is an act of care for their families. Through the simple but essential step of completing wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives, participants found clarity and peace of mind.

鈥淲e鈥檙e able to serve those who serve us,鈥� said Bianca Simmons, program coordinator with the NC Bar Foundation. 鈥淔irst responders are on the line every day, and these documents give them and their families peace of mind. It鈥檚 meaningful to see attorneys and students work together to make that happen.鈥�

Now in its 18th year, the foundation鈥檚 Wills for Heroes program connects licensed attorneys providing pro bono legal services with first responders and veterans statewide. 黑料不打烊 Law has long served as a host partner for Greensboro clinics and now extends that service through the Charlotte Flex Program, giving students across both campuses valuable experience drafting legal documents, interviewing clients, and working under attorney mentorship 鈥� skills that define the profession they are preparing to enter.

Statewide impact, shared purpose

鈥淚鈥檓 former military and incoming president of (黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚) Military Law Society, so I know how quickly life can change,鈥� said Olivia Domowitz L鈥�26, an Army Reserve paralegal who volunteered at both sites. 鈥淚t鈥檚 empowering for people to make these decisions ahead of time, and for us as students, it鈥檚 a privilege to be part of that process.鈥�

For Yukai Johnson, a second-year Flex Program student, whose family includes members of the U.S. Air Force, Army, and law enforcement, the experience blended professional growth with personal purpose.

鈥淲e鈥檙e a family that serves,鈥� Johnson said. 鈥淗aving this opportunity to serve back was something I couldn鈥檛 pass up. Watching attorneys model how to navigate these difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism was an incredible learning experience.鈥�

Molly Hohler L鈥�26, a member of 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 Pro Bono Board who helped coordinate the events, called the clinics a reminder of law鈥檚 human side.

鈥淚t鈥檚 rewarding to see the confidence and peace that comes from knowing your family will be taken care of,鈥� Hohler said. 鈥淥ur clients spend their lives protecting others. Helping them prepare for the future is one way we can give back.鈥�

Participants included Officer Alexander Keller of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, who said he attended the Charlotte clinic to ensure his family would be protected.

鈥淎fter some recent events, I realized how important it is to have these things in place,鈥� Keller said. 鈥淚 wanted to take care of my family in case something bad happens.鈥�

鈥満诹喜淮蜢� Law was excited to partner with the North Carolina Bar Foundation to host a very successful inaugural Wills for Heroes event in Charlotte and continue to host in Greensboro,鈥� said Alan Woodlief, vice dean and faculty director of the Flex Program. 鈥淥n the weekend before Veterans Day, it was gratifying to see Flex Program and full-time students working with volunteer attorneys to prepare estate-planning documents for deserving veterans and first responders in Mecklenburg County.鈥�

Through Wills for Heroes, 黑料不打烊 Law students gain practical skills that complement the school鈥檚 nationally recognized experiential curriculum, while attorneys and faculty mentors guide them in translating classroom lessons into real-world impact.

鈥淚 loved working with clients and walking through this step-by-step with them,鈥� Domowitz said. 鈥淗aving a practicing attorney next to me, guiding me through that process has been the best learning experience I鈥檝e had in law school.鈥�

The 黑料不打烊 Charlotte campus opened September 2023 and聽was renovated and expanded in 2024-25. The campus is the newest addition in the 黑料不打烊 National Campus portfolio.

In addition to the current undergraduate Study USA Charlotte programs offered each summer and fall, 黑料不打烊鈥檚 graduate offerings continue to grow.

The Law Flex program began in Charlotte in fall 2024 and is now recruiting its third cohort of students. The program is part-time and in-person. The curriculum is highly experiential, and classes are taught by distinguished professors. The program has also surpassed its enrollment goals each year.

The new聽Physician Assistant program begins in Jan. 2027 at the Charlotte campus. The 24-month curriculum is designed to integrate medical knowledge, clinical reasoning, and professional skill development. Applications聽will open the end of April 2026.

Alumni from a variety of years attended the Open House and kicked off their Homecoming weekend in Charlotte. Alumni can learn about all the upcoming events in the Queen City聽and around the country by checking out the alumni calendar.

The Charlotte campus will be hosting a its final College Coffee of 2025 on Friday, Dec. 12 from 10 -11 a.m.

Queen City Internship Grants
Since its launch last fall, 黑料不打烊鈥檚 Queen City Internship Grant program has already supported 26 students in gaining hands-on experience at organizations across Charlotte 鈥� from the Atlantic Coast Conference and NASCAR to Make-A-Wish and Goodwill.

Over the summer, Katie Strohl 鈥�26 helped Special Olympics North Carolina plan a community event, managing logistics like athlete transportation and coordinating volunteers. Across town, classmates Garek Johnson 鈥�26 and Vinny Weinkam 鈥�26 spent their internship at the Make-A-Wish Foundation office in Charlotte, learning about donor outreach and creating promotional materials to encourage donations that help fund children鈥檚 dreams.

鈥淚 want to do accounting, but not for a 鈥榖ig four鈥� company,鈥� Johnson said. 鈥淚 want to do something more meaningful, and this experience helped me do that.鈥�

黑料不打烊鈥檚 National Campus in Charlotte, which opened in Fall 2023 in South End, is more than a hub for classes and programs 鈥� it鈥檚 a place where alumni, current and prospective students, and local leaders come together to connect, share ideas and build community. This fall, the campus is hosting a lively lineup of events, from networking gatherings and professional workshops to lectures and cultural programs, all designed to foster collaboration and strengthen ties under the 黑料不打烊 Charlotte banner.

Why Charlotte?
Charlotte was a clear choice for 黑料不打烊鈥檚 next National Campus location. Before 2023, it was America鈥檚 largest city without a law school, making the Queen City an ideal location for the 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program. This innovative new legal studies program opened in August 2023 and quickly exceeded enrollment goals.

Charlotte is also a major player on the sports scene, serving as headquarters to the Atlantic Coast Conference and home to a high concentration of professional athletics teams. This provides students across majors with unique internships and professional development opportunities through 黑料不打烊鈥檚 鈥淭he Sport Experience鈥� academic program. In addition, the city鈥檚 growing banking and healthcare industries offer plentiful career and networking opportunities. 黑料不打烊 has proposed launching a Physician Assistant Studies program in January 2027 to further meet local needs.

With a metropolitan population of more than 2.5 million people, the city is a hub for alumni and professional education opportunities. More than 36% of 黑料不打烊 alumni live in North Carolina, and Charlotte boasts one of the largest concentrations of 黑料不打烊 graduates in the nation. This vibrant community is actively engaged in various sectors, including sports, banking, government and public service. At the Greensboro campus, Assistant Professor of Law Shilanka Lewis will teach torts and wills and estates, while Assistant Professor of Law Chelsea Millington will lead courses in contracts.

In the 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program, hosted at 黑料不打烊鈥檚 Charlotte center, Visiting Professor of Law Aimee Durant and Assistant Professor of Law Pam Hollern will teach legal research and writing through the foundational series of Legal Method and Communication (LMC) courses.

Each brings enthusiasm for engaged learning and practical training beyond legal theory that 黑料不打烊 Law is known for.

鈥淕reat teaching is at the core of what we do at 黑料不打烊 Law,鈥� said Dean Zak Kramer. 鈥淭hese four new faculty members bring energy and a commitment to engaged learning. Their experience in practice and scholarship will enrich the classroom, guide our students and prepare them with the professional skills to be practice ready.鈥�

Aimee Durant

Assistant Professor of Law

Aimee Durant joined 黑料不打烊 Law last winter and is teaching Legal Method and Communication (LMC) along with the introductory course of study and practice of law to Flex Program students in Charlotte. She earned a law degree from Wake Forest University in 2015 and a degree in sociology from Clemson University. After six years practicing family law in Charlotte, she shifted to public service with the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, where she served as senior counsel on the Justice System Reform Team.

Durant always felt drawn to teaching, noting that her favorite aspect of practicing law was the initial meeting with clients, 鈥渆xplaining the law and showing how it impacted their lives,鈥� she said. Today, she applies that passion to training students in the art and skill of legal writing, from objective analysis to persuasive advocacy.

鈥淭he students in Charlotte are so motivated and really driven to be there,鈥� Durant said. She finds the 鈥渁-ha鈥� moments in the classroom especially rewarding. 鈥淲hen students come with questions and we discuss them, and then it clicks: You see it in their writing afterward.鈥�

Durant lives in Charlotte with her young daughter. She enjoys gardening, paddleboarding, and the outdoors, and she鈥檚 excited to continue refining her LMC courses as she works with incoming Flex Program cohorts.

Pam Hollern

Assistant Professor of Law

Pamela Hollern brings a rich blend of practice, teaching and legal technology experience to the 黑料不打烊 Law Flex Program in Charlotte. A graduate of Northwestern University and cum laude alumna of Arizona State University鈥檚 College of Law, she has practiced commercial litigation in Phoenix, Cleveland, and Greensboro, and also trained large law firms鈥� attorneys in legal research. She most recently served as program director and associate professor of Paralegal and Legal Studies at Guilford Technical Community College.

At 黑料不打烊, Hollern will teach Legal Method and Communication (LMC) courses, which are foundational to legal practice and research. 鈥淣o matter what field of law you practice, written and oral communication skills are the most important. They鈥檙e essential everywhere,鈥� she said.

Hollern was drawn to 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 mission of experiential learning, which aligns with her own approach to hands-on teaching. Students in her classes frequently practice drafting legal documents and researching case law in real-world scenarios common to a variety of fields.

She looks forward to building close relationships with her students and to watch how 黑料不打烊 makes its mark in the Queen City. 鈥淥ne of the things I鈥檓 excited about is the newness of 黑料不打烊 here. There鈥檚 so much potential in this market, and it鈥檚 exciting to be on the ground floor of that growth and to get involved with the greater Charlotte community.鈥�

Hollern is an avid reader who always has several books in progress. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She and her husband have two daughters, a senior in high school and a junior in college. They live in Jamestown, North Carolina, with their two dogs and two cats.

Shilanka Lewis

Assistant Professor of Law

Shilanka Lewis enters her first year on the full-time faculty at 黑料不打烊 Law after joining as a visiting professor in 2024-25. This academic year, she will teach torts along with wills and trusts, drawing on more than a decade of practice experience in personal injury, family law, small business matters, real estate and estate planning.

A first-generation college student, Lewis says a debate class in college sparked her interest in the law and set her on the path to becoming both an attorney and an educator. Lewis graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2012 after earning a degree in finance at UNC-Greensboro. Before entering law school, she was employed by Fidelity Investments and RBC Wealth Management. Following law school, she worked for several years at a small law firm. In 2020, she launched her own practice. Her scholarship around racial disparities in wealth combines her financial and legal experience.

Teaching has long been a goal for Lewis as she honed her skills through private practice, and she is pleased to be part of 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 teaching-focused faculty.

鈥淚 enjoy seeing students progress as they find their way in the legal profession,鈥� she said. 鈥淏eing there to be a mentor and support to students by being available outside the classroom is important to me. I鈥檓 excited to see how a new generation of lawyers will transform the legal profession.鈥�

Lewis now balances her academic work with family life, cheering on her three daughters at basketball, cheerleading, and softball events. They live in Mebane, North Carolina.

Chelsea Millington

Assistant Professor of Law

Chelsea Millington comes to 黑料不打烊 Law from the University of Maryland, where she taught for four years as part of the Murray Teaching Fellowship program. She previously clerked for a U.S. District Court judge before practicing in general commercial litigation with a focus on intellectual property and contracts.

At 黑料不打烊, she will teach first-year contracts in the winter trimester and business drafting in the spring. Her courses are highly practical: Students will negotiate, draft, and mark up contracts, and simulate advising clients on new business ventures.

鈥淚鈥檝e always tailored my courses to not just be lectures but to give students practice with the real work lawyers do,鈥� Millington said. She appreciates that 黑料不打烊 Law values the kind of practical teaching she plans to bring into the classroom.

Joining 黑料不打烊 Law鈥檚 faculty represents a homecoming of sorts for Millington: her husband, Nicholas Millington, is a 2012 黑料不打烊 graduate and recently became the director of compliance for 黑料不打烊 Athletics. Millington earned her undergraduate and law degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and is happy to be back home in North Carolina. They live in Greensboro with their two daughters and two large dogs. 鈥淲e love exploring local parks,鈥� she said, adding that they are eager to settle back into family life closer to their roots.
