��ϲ�� Los Angeles students celebrate ��ϲ�� Day in LA

��ϲ�� Los Angeles spring semester students had the opportunity to mix, mingle and connect with ��ϲ�� Los Angeles-area alumni at the packed ��ϲ�� Day LA event on March 5, hosted by LA alumni chapter Co-Presidents Cameron Jackson and Taylor Martin.

The gathering, held at The Belmont in West Hollywood, brought together an enthusiastic group of alumni, many of whom had participated in the ��ϲ�� LA semester experience during their ��ϲ�� academic journeys.

Current students shared internship and academic class experiences with their new ��ϲ�� connections. Many took advantage of the opportunity to request meetings later this semester with individual alumni as a part of the ��ϲ�� Los Angeles “Coffee with an Alumnus” program.

��ϲ�� LA spring semester students Kevin Reda and Jackson Bennett connected with ��ϲ�� alumnus Jordan Roman ’15 (center) at the ��ϲ�� Day event in Los Angeles.

The immersive Study USA Los Angeles semester and summer experiences offer students opportunities for alumni engagement, community service, unique academic classes with industry professionals, and site-based experiential learning. for Spring 2027 open April 1.

Join one of ��ϲ��’s regional alumni chapters for their annual ��ϲ�� Day event on March 1! ��ϲ�� Day is a day to celebrate our alma mater and to participate in our greatest day of giving each year. All alumni are encouraged to attend their regional chapter’s event and participate in ��ϲ�� Day by giving back to any campus designation.

This spring, attend your chapter’s event to connect with fellow alumni and for a chance to win special ��ϲ�� raffle prizes! All are welcome.

Friends, Fans and the Whole ��ϲ�� Community

On Tuesday, March 2, the global ��ϲ�� community can participate in a daylong celebration by sharing their ��ϲ�� spirit on social media and making a gift to the area of campus that means the most to them.

As in years past, donors will be able to make gifts toward specific areas of campus that mean the most to them. These areas include student scholarships, affinity networks (��ϲ�� Black Alumni Network, ��ϲ�� Jewish Alumni Network, ��ϲ�� Latinx/Hispanic Alumni Network and the LGBTQIA Alumni Network), academic schools and departments, and the Phoenix Club (��ϲ�� Athletics). For those wanting to make a difference in the Alamance County community, consider making a gift to the ��ϲ�� Academy, part of the Center for Access and Success. All ��ϲ�� Day gifts will also count toward the ��ϲ�� LEADS Campaign.

Charleston Alumni Chapter

Thirty-eight regional alumni chapters held events for ��ϲ�� Day on March 5 with 790 total attendees. ��ϲ�� alumni living in regions across the country, and in London, came together to celebrate the university's annual day of giving alongside new and familiar faces.

Charlotte Alumni Chapter

At each event, alumni were encouraged to give throughout the day or at the door in order to have the chance to win a special ��ϲ�� backpack. The night was full of reminiscence, laughs and entertainment with food provided and plenty of photos taken to remember the evening.

Seattle Alumni Chapter

Thank you to all the alumni, families, and friends who came out and contributed to making ��ϲ�� Day 2019 a record-breaking success.
