The Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership is helping to lead a series of free workshops that take place on ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's campus from March 25-28, 2014, for anyone in the Alamance County or surrounding communities.

Two ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ seniors, in coordination with the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, led a group of local high school students last month to an entrepreneurship and the arts conference in Greensboro, N.C.

Patrick G. Awuah Jr., president of Ashesi University in Ghana, traveled from Africa to the United States to receive an award that recognizes entrepreneurs who are leaders in their industry and who exemplify the values of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.

Rising juniors from across all majors are welcome to apply to be a 2014-15 Doherty Scholar.

The founder and president of Ashesi University will be honored Feb. 27 at 5 p.m. in the LaRose Digital Theatre with the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Medal for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
