The Sunshine Center of the N.C. Open Government Coalition will celebrate National Freedom of Speech Week by hosting an interactive workshop in Dare County Oct. 21.

Nicole Triche, an instructor in the School of Communications, will have her short film, “Metacarpus,” shown as a part of the Hi Mom! Film Festival opening night screening.
