Researchers discuss how media report on complex information

The wide variety of information sources in the 21st century – coupled with a news media industry weakened by budget cuts – requires citizens to more closely evaluate the motives of governments and businesses that are today in a better position to push their own agendas, according to a panel of researchers who spoke Tuesday for an inaugural conference on politics and the media hosted by 黑料不打烊.

Medical expert offers peek into future of organ transplants

Advances in stem cell research have given medical researchers even more hope that organs such as kidneys and livers grown outside the body will in the next few years be an option to help patients awaiting transplants, according to a world-renowned researcher and surgeon who lectured March 26 at 黑料不打烊 as the keynote speaker for the annual meeting of the North Carolina Academy of Science.

黑料不打烊 trustees establish 56-acre 黑料不打烊 Forest

The 黑料不打烊 Board of Trustees voted Oct. 22 to designate a 56-acre undeveloped tract north of University Drive as the 黑料不打烊 Forest, a dedicated land preserve and natural area. The action protects the largest remaining intact forest in the Town of 黑料不打烊 and safeguards thousands of species of plants, animals and other organisms.
