Faculty and staff honored at annual luncheon

Four ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ employees were recognized for superior scholarship, teaching, mentoring and service at the annual faculty-staff awards luncheon on May 13, 2009. Laura Roselle, Connie Book, Glenda Crawford and Keith Dimont were each selected for one of the highest accolades bestowed each year on faculty and staff.

Pat Irvine's two-run homer in the top of the 11th inning lifted the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Phoenix to a 13-11 Southern Conference baseball victory over the Western Carolina Catamounts, clinching the second consecutive league title for the Phoenix and the third in four years for the program.
