In the midst of the holiday season, the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ New York City Alumni Chapter searched to find how we could make an impact in our own community in a robust way leaving behind an even larger impact than expected.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LEADS Campaign chair Chris Martin ’78 P’13 announced a special campaign initiative to allow alumni, parents and friends to establish a lasting legacy at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ by placing the university in their estate plans to fund scholarships and other key institutional priorities.

Together, the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community raised over $3.4 million from 5,609 gifts and unlocked numerous opportunities for ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students and the community.

The on-campus events offered an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to safely gather to celebrate the university and support ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Day.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ parent Steve Anderson P’16 has made a $125,000 gift to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LEADS Campaign to support the university's innovative new hub for STEM education, which offers "hope for the future."

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Koenigsberger Learning Center creates one-stop learning commons for all students and synergies for support services, even during the pandemic.

Foundation with strong family ties to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ makes $130,000 gift toward construction of game-changing facility for STEM and interdisciplinary studies. The gift is the second by the foundation for the IQ project and also supports the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LEADS campaign.

Led by a matching gift from an anonymous donor, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law’s Class of 2020 expanded a student emergency fund and sponsored a memorial that will celebrate the legacy of Dean Emeritus George R. Johnson, Jr.
