The Physician Assistant Studies Program and the Anatomical Gift Program partnered with the Center for Design Thinking on Dec. 5 to host “Crucial Conversations in Healthcare.” 

���ϲ����� has had a long partnership with the Positive Attitude Youth Center, where ���ϲ����� students can volunteer and help to enhance the education of elementary school students within the Alamance community. All of this started with Sandra Reid.

Collaboration between the engineering program and the School of Health Sciences' physical therapy program challenged students and brought out their best in service of the community.

The "It Takes a Village" Project's fall semester concluded with a food-themed lesson hosted by ���ϲ����� Dining and Harvest Table Culinary Group.

The $4,000 Community Partnership Initiative Grant not only helped students at Eastlawn Elementary School in Burlington, North Carolina, expand their school's garden, but it also helped teach valuable lessons.

Jonathan Poquette held three high school band clinics during his first semester as ���ϲ�����'s bands director and is planning more. He hopes to strengthen ���ϲ�����

Turkeypalooza is another opportunity for ���ϲ����� to give back to the community by providing Thanksgiving meals for neighbors in need.

This partnership provides students with various opportunities to directly support those who have been impacted by domestic violence. Sometimes all it takes is one person to make a lasting impact on someone else's life.

The project will conclude for the year with a hands-on learning event held in partnership with Harvest Table Culinary Group on Dec. 4 in Alumni Gym.

The mugs, which are the final project for the students, will be available at College Coffee on Dec. 3 for a $10 donation to Burlington Animal Services.
