Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is celebrated in the United States in May. This celebration focuses on achievements and contributions of people of Asian and Pacific Islander descent in the United States.

At its yearly celebration on Wednesday, May 1, the Division of Student Life recognized members for their outstanding leadership, valuable contributions, and notable successes.

Twenty-nine members of the Class of 2025 demonstrated their legal writing skills this spring during a pursuit of membership in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law Review and the We The People journal, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law's student-run scholarly publications.

Among the award recipients were Katy Boehmer-Abbott ’24, who was named Major of the Year, and Cedar Zobel-Williams ’24, who earned the James P. Drummond Service Award.
