The grant will support a partnership between the Design For America Studio at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and the YMCA of the Triangle to implement new ways to recruit and retain quality lifeguard staff.

Bullock, dean of the School of Education, was reappointed to serve on the state commission to establish high standards for state educators and to make rule recommendations regarding all aspects of preparation, licensure, continuing education and standards of conduct for public school educators.
