Spring Break is fast approaching! The residence halls will close at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 17. They will open again at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 25.

Please note that students are NOT allowed to remain in the halls over break.

Please remember to:

•          Close and lock windows and doors

•          Turn off lights

•          Unplug everything except microfridges and aquariums

•          Remove belongings from floor and close all food containers

•          Empty trash in designated area

•          Turn off air-conditioners and set heat thermostat to low or 68 degrees

Halls close Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 10 a.m.

Halls re-open Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 2 p.m.

Residents unable to leave the halls at closing time due to academic reasons must contact their assistant director by Monday, November 21, 2011, to request authorization to remain in the hall (failure to do so results in a $50 charge per hour you stay past the closing date and time)

Housing staff will be entering rooms to perform routine health and safety inspections to ensure no potential fire or safety hazards exist while the halls are closed.
