Phase II Housing for Sophomores begins on March 16 /u/news/2010/03/12/phase-ii-housing-for-sophomores-begins-on-march-16/ Fri, 12 Mar 2010 20:04:00 +0000 /u/news/2010/03/12/phase-ii-housing-for-sophomores-begins-on-march-16/ Hey, rising sophomores! It’s time to register for housing for the 2010-2011 academic year. Phase II of housing selection for sophomores is March 16 and 17 beginning at 4:00pm.

Make sure that you’ve paid your housing reservation fee before your group’s application time. Everyone’s fee must be paid before they’re able to log on and apply.

Check Phase II Eligibility on OnTrack to make sure that your group is all set. This will tell you if a deposit needs to be paid or if there are any other issues that would keep you from registering. You can also check the application schedule here and figure out who in your group has the earliest start time. You should designate that person to complete the application for the entire group (one group member applies for everyone).

You’ll need datatel numbers to check eligibility AND to apply on Tuesday and Wednesday so make sure that your group leader has everyone’s!

Be sure you have the right number of people in your group to apply for the space you want. Check group minimum requirements on our Web site.

Phase II is live like class registration and spaces will be filling up as people log on and select them. Make sure that you and your group members have several back-up plans if your top choice is filled before you log on!

Check out the residence life Web site (link on the right) for everything you need to know about Phase II.
