The season has come to a close for the Men’s Rugby team but that hasn’t stopped the team from getting together to celebrate a mostly successful season with the team making the conference championship. This past weekend, Mr. Harper, father of Lawton Harper ’17, a member of the team was generous enough to drive up all the way from Beaufort, South Carolina, to make the team some frogmore stew. The meal is a Southern gumbo that is comprised of shrimp, potatoes, sausage and corn that originates from Frogmore, South Carolina. It was a sunny day filled with good times and good food, the perfect ending for a good season.
