Triche is the first scholar from ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ to be selected for the Gaither Junior Fellows Program and will join the nationally selective cohort of just 16 fellows.

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study, and teaching opportunities to recent graduates in more than 140 countries, with approximately 2,200 grants awarded annually in all fields of study.

Chergui and Starr are the first ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students to receive the Charles B. Rangel Graduate Fellowship and will join the nationally selective cohort of just 45 fellows.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ seniors Christopher D’Inzeo, Samuel Ramirez and Genesis Tolbert have been awarded the NIH Undergraduate Scholarship.

Rugbart will study this summer at the University of Bristol through the program, which is sponsored by the U.S.-U.K. Fulbright Commission. He becomes the third ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ student selected in recent years for the prestigious program.

Dalrymple and Rugbart will both spend six months studying in Taiwan with the support of this $25,000 scholarship, which also guarantees them jobs with the federal government following graduation.

Three members of the Class of 2023 and two members of the Class of 2022 have been selected for the prestigious program that offers opportunities for recent graduates in more than 140 countries.

Hunter, a public health and statistics double major, an Odyssey Scholar and a Lumen Scholar, will pursue her master’s degree at University College London next academic year.

DaSilva is one of 413 students across the national awarded the prestigious Goldwater Scholarship.
