Wednesday – May 7th

7:00 – 9:00 pm

A stress reducing, energy building workshop designed for individuals that want to live life to the fullest. Class participants will practice mindful life reflection and life planning that will culminate in the development of a personal mission statement. The workshop will be given by Dr. Julia Brandon of the psychology department and junior Mark Gustafson.
