]]> Learn how to maximize your swimming workout Nov. 13 /u/news/2007/11/10/learn-how-to-maximize-your-swimming-workout-nov-13/ Sun, 11 Nov 2007 02:25:00 +0000 /u/news/2007/11/10/learn-how-to-maximize-your-swimming-workout-nov-13/ If you want to learn how to get the most out of your swimming, come out to HydroHype on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 7-8:30 p.m!  This is a great program for swimmers ages 16 and up looking to learn new ways to work out in the water and improve techniques already in use.  This month, training topics will include:

-endurance training
-cardio swimming
-equipment use
-drills that focus on certain muscle groups
-other ways to compliment your swim

This is a great program to compliment swimmers of any skill level, beginner or advanced!  Come on out to Beck Pool on the 13th and start training more efficiently!  If you have any questions, please email Leah Darkes at ldarkes@elon.edu.
