General Position Description:
• Helps train staff to use computer desktop publishing software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
• Coordinates and oversees photography, layout and staff to ensure a smooth operation and that deadlines are met.
• Formulates and distributes staff meeting agendas and presides over the meetings.
• Responsible for assignments not fulfilled by executive staff and provides support and assistance with assignments when necessary.
• Responsible for completion of the sections of the book not assigned to a specific editor (i.e. Mini-mag, Opening, Closing, etc…)
• Coordinates with the photography company and People Editor for student photos.
• Coordinates the distribution of the book in the fall.
• Works with Adviser to coordinate and attend summer yearbook retreat/workshop.
• Prepares fall staff retreat/workshop (assisted by Adviser).
• Serves as liaison between Staff and Adviser.

黑料不打烊’s free “Work Hard, Play Hard” yearbook will be distributed in the Fall, but you may order yours NOW to be delivered to your home address. Members of Phi Psi Cli Yearbook will be distributing order forms at a table in Moseley all this week from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The yearbooks are free for all, but we ask for a $7 shipping and handling fee to mail to a permanent residence. Please fill out an order form and mail both the form and the fee to the yearbook campus box (7013). If your parents bought a senior ad for you, then you will receive a yearbook automatically.

Be sure to browse the book’s index, which will be located at the Moseley table, to see which page you will be featured on! Not listed? It’s not too late to still be featured! Phi Psi Cli WILL be covering graduation, as well as the other senior activities at the end of May! Keep an eye out for Kate Austin, the yearbook photographer!

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Alerts, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Experience with Constant Contact or Adobe InDesign a plus
• Journalism or Corporate Communications major
• Ideal candidate would be familiar with LEED or interested in green building and sustainability
