These nominees have been recognized by their peers for exemplifying the characteristics of Finer Womanhood. Finer Womanhood is defined as “the distinguishing characteristics of a woman-one superior in kind, quality or appearance, marked by or affecting elegance or refinement.”

The Nominees have been awarded a little token of appreciation and will be wearing a blue and white ribbon all week long to honor their recognition. The final winners (one undergrad and one fac/staff) will be rewarded a massage and dinner.

We are now accepting nominations for our first annual Finer Woman of the year award. Awards will be presented to one undergraduate and one faculty/staff member. This year prizes will include a certificate, recognition in our organization box and a ladies’ night out! (Dinner and/or a movie.)

The deadline for submissions will be March 14, 2004. E-mail me or Miss Kimberly Bowman for nomination forms. They will also be available in the Tri-Council Office.
