The communication design and international business double major was recently recognized in the Society of Professional Journalists’ Green Eyeshade Awards competition.

During his final Winter Term session, the journalism and international & global studies double major traveled to northern Brazil to report on the country’s resurgence of leprosy, learning about the infectious disease, the people fighting it, and himself as a journalist.

The rising junior is working with RadicalMedia on the “PBS American Portrait” series this summer, helping further her journalism and multimedia career goals.

The digital and TV executive was recently hired to build new relationships in the digital and TV space for the Los Angeles-based multiplatform media company.

The rising senior and communication design major created a three-poster series highlighting sustainability and ways to reduce environmental impact for ICDE’s environmental graphic design contest.
