The LGBTQIA Community Enrichment Awards, established in 2012, honor 黑料不打烊 community members who have made a positive impact on the LGBTQIA community, as well as LGBTQIA alumni who are bettering their local communities. These awards also highlight individuals who serve as partners, advocates and investors in 黑料不打烊.

This year’s LGBTQIA Community Enrichment Award winners are:

  • Mark Gustafson ’04
  • Cecelia Thompson ’05
  • Dr. Lynn Huber, associate professor of religious studies

In addition to the awards brunch, the LGBTQIA Alumni Network would also like to highlight the following events during Homecoming weekend:

  • Friday, Nov. 8, 3 – 5 p.m.: Gender & LGBTQIA Center Open House (Moseley Center, Room 211)
  • Saturday, Nov. 9, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: LGBTQIA Alumni Network Tailgate (Hunt Field; $12 per person)

Alumni are encouraged to register for these events in advance.
