The 黑料不打烊 Poll is conducting its last poll of the semester this week – Sunday, April 19, through Thursday, April 23. We poll from 1-6 p.m. on Sunday and 5-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday nights.

Just show up 10 minutes before we begin (at 12:50 p.m. on Sunday and 4:50 p.m. Monday-Thursday) and you may get an opportunity to work on the poll. We generally have several openings as some people that signed-up cannot make it to work each night.

You make $7.90 per hour and we feed you (all the pizza you can eat).

You don’t need experience — we pay you while we train you during the times you work (during your shift).

Come to Gray Pavilion, which houses the Political Science department; we’re located in the Academic Village near the tennis courts and where they are building that new big building, Lindner Hall. We’ll have signs outside of the building to make it easy to find.

Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby of the political science department, which is located on the first floor of Gray Pavilion. Gray Pavilion is in the Academic Village located near the tennis courts. Sign-up sheets (notebooks) are on the right as you enter the building.

We are conducting our next poll of the semester on Monday, March 10th  through Thursday, March 13th. We poll from 5-9 p.m. each night.

You can also sign up as an alternate. Alternates are expected to show up and be ready to replace those students that don’t show up.

If you don’t have time to sign up this week, or are unsure about your schedule, we also use walk-ins during the week of the poll. Walk-ins simply arrive 10 minutes before we begin (at 5 p.m.) and work if we have any empty polling stations. We tend to use walk-ins during each poll.

You get paid $7.50 per hour & we feed you (all the pizza you can eat during dinner break) – what a deal! You don’t need experience – we pay you while we train you during the times you work (during your shift). We also award two $25 MasterCard gift card prizes each night!
