Five graduates of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law were among 16 attorneys selected for the North Carolina Bar Association's Leadership Academy, a program designed to "help young lawyers become more effective leaders in their communities." 

Ahmed Mohamed, Chris Tarpley and Tyrra Walker - members of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law’s Class of 2019 - accepted distinguished work placements as part of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession 1L Summer Associate Program.

The longtime associate dean for experiential education and leadership stepped down from ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law in January after joining The Citadel in South Carolina as assistant provost for leadership and department head of Leadership Studies.
