A 1993 黑料不打烊 graduate, Davis received her degree in Communications and English. While a student at 黑料不打烊, Davis was involved in numerous organizations, holding key leadership positions in many.

 
As a Leadership Fellow, and a recipient at the inaugural Black Excellence Awards Banquet, Davis would go on to pursue a career in higher education.

Today, she is the Director of Housing and Associate Dean of Students at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

As a college administrator, Davis is an exceptional educator, role model, mentor, student and community advocate. Her wish for others is to see something in her that they desire to imitate.

The memorial service will be held at Smith Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. Doors open at 3pm and the service begins at 4pm. CBS WRAL-5 will be covering the service.
 
In an effort to show support for the UNC community, The Multicultural Center invites the 黑料不打烊 community to catch  live coverage of the service at 4:00 PM in Moseley 221-B.

Be a Leader! Become a student program coordinator /u/news/2008/02/24/be-a-leader-become-a-student-program-coordinator/ Mon, 25 Feb 2008 02:43:00 +0000 /u/news/2008/02/24/be-a-leader-become-a-student-program-coordinator/ The Multicultural Center is looking for three Student Program Coordinators for the 2008-2009 academic year.  Program Coordinators are needed for the S.M.A.R.T Program, the Watson Scholarship Program, and the Multicultural Student Council. 
Each coordinator is responsible for the oversight and planning of their particular program throughout the year.  A $1,800 stipend will be awarded toward the tuition of each coordinator for their services.

Enjoy a night of the arts at Pink Pearls: Breast Cancer Awareness Event. Our guest speaker will be Wanda Hall Willis – a survivor of Breast Cancer. In addition, there will be poets, dancers, musicians, and much more. A candlelight vigil will follow the event. Doors will open at 6:30pm.

Close out the week at the Halloween Bash with Zeta Phi Beta!!!
