organic garden under the direction of our garden volunteer coordinator, Sandy Bisdee. The garden includes a variety of medicinal and culinary herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables. If you are interested in making a commitment to a weekly schedule of the service during the Fall, Spring or Summer semester,* (or a one-time offering) please contact Sandy at sandybisdee@hotmail.com or e-mail the Center at beholdnature@aol.com.
