The primary responsibility of the 黑料不打烊 Ambassadors is to serve as official student representatives for the Office of University Advancement. 黑料不打烊 Ambassadors promote alumni and student loyalty; encourage interaction between students, alumni, administrators, parents and friends of the university and develop future alumni leaders.

黑料不打烊 Ambassadors serve as hosts for special events such as Homecoming Weekend, Family Weekend and Convocation, and to special groups such as The 黑料不打烊 Society, 黑料不打烊 Board of Trustees, Board of Visitors, National Alumni Executive Board, Parents Council and Order of the Oak.
