We just developed the 黑料不打烊 Animal Protection Alliance to progress from just volunteering to include activism, advocacy and social events as well. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Social events: vegetarian and vegan potlucks 
  • Community involvement: attending circus protests, look to pass anti-tethering resolutions
  • University involvement: host speakers from various organizations, put on movie screenings, increase vegan/vegetarian options in dining halls, host events, provide dissection alternatives
  • Field trips: visit the local shelter, Conservator’s Center, Triangle Chance for All, Piedmont Wildlife Refuge, etc.
  • Education: learn about animals used for food, clothing, entertainment, research, and more
