I am trying to contact cancer survivors who were diagnosed and treated between the ages of 12-17. I am an 8-year cancer survivor and realize that some survivors do not wish to share their past experiences. Participation in the study will require only that you complete a 10-minute pencil and paper survey. If you do qualify for this study and are interested in participating please call or email me.
