Each spring ESTV encourages students from all majors to pitch their television show ideas for the next year. In order to prepare for their pitch students are encouraged to come to the pitch training session to learn what and what not ESTV is looking for in their pitch.

The meeting is open to all new students and returning members. At the meeting, students will be introduced to the seven different shows ESTV produces and how they can get involved in any level of production.

]]> ESTV Webmaster /u/news/2010/04/29/estv-webmaster/ Thu, 29 Apr 2010 18:30:00 +0000 /u/news/2010/04/29/estv-webmaster/ ESTV is looking for a Webmaster for the 2010-2011 school year. The duties include but are not limited to:

  •  Working as a liaison between the individual show Executives in promoting and maintaining a website that promotes all the shows while uniting ESTV in a unified brand.
  •  Aiding new shows in branding themselves for an online presence.
  • Maintain two hours of office hours a week and come to the Executive Meetings once a month.
  • Delegating the tasks of updating each show’s website with new content as it is made available. In charge of the ESTV home site, as well as checking up on each other show website to make sure they are being updated properly.

Since the position will require outside and numerous hours of work the Webmaster will receive a stipend of 50 dollars per month for a year term (8 months).
