ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's director of jazz studies will perform as soloist with ECU Jazz Ensemble on March 29 in Greenville, North Carolina.
At the invitation of Professor Kobie Watkins at East Carolina University, trombonist and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Director of Jazz Studies Alex Heitlinger will join respected saxophonist Jarrard Harris as a featured guest artist for the 2025 Billy Taylor Jazz Festival on March 29, 2025.
In addition to presenting masterclasses for the students, the two musicians will join the ECU Jazz Ensemble for an exciting concert featuring works by J.J. Johnson, Johnny Mandel, Oliver Nelson, Andre Hayward, and more.
