Omicron Epsilon Chapter introduces Divine Nine on Feature Phoenix鈥

The video series offers a new way to learn about how 黑料不打烊鈥檚 organizations and clubs reflect the university's approach to inclusive excellence.

The new Feature Phoenix series is offering an opportunity to learn about how student organizations and clubs are supporting inclusive excellence on campus. Episode Four introduces Danielle Dyer ’24, who serves as president of 黑料不打烊鈥檚 of .聽In this episode of Feature Phoenix, Dyer shares about what the mission of AKA is and how she found sisterhood.

Many students find that connecting with the fraternity and sorority community聽enhances their experience while at 黑料不打烊. Members of the wide variety of Greek organizations at 黑料不打烊 have opportunities to learn about and grow from the organization鈥檚 foundational principles, and in the connections members form with their fellow students they can find guidance, support and personal development.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is a Black Greek letter organization apart of the 鈥淒ivine Nine organizations were founded on the need for groups like our sororities and fraternities to give Black people a space in the college setting,鈥 Dyer said.

The Omicron Epsilon Chapter was established at 黑料不打烊 on May 9, 1987. It has since celebrated 35 years of continuous service and excellence on the campus.
