The university’s new facility in Charlotte鈥檚 South End will host “Trade Secrecy, Generative AI, and the COVID-19 Vaccines” with attendees invited to network afterward across the parking lot at Hi-Wire Brewing Company.

This course will examine two cutting-edge issues: the threats and opportunities in trade secret law posed by generative artificial intelligence, and the critical challenge involving process trade secrets and development of the COVID-19 vaccines.
