The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Camerata is seeking four sopranos, four altos, six tenors, and six basses. The auditioned chamber ensemble is offered as a class and is open to all ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students regardless of major. Over the years, faculty and staff have sung in the ensemble and are welcome to join us again this fall 2022. Send a video recording of a lyrical piece that shows off range and expression.
ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s official a cappella/vocal jazz ensemble, élan, is seeking one soprano, two altos, three tenors, and three basses. The auditioned ensemble is open to all ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students regardless of major. This fall, we will perform the Manhattan Transfer “Brasil” album with two-time Emmy winning composer/pianist Mike Esnault. In the spring, élan will perform an all a cappella concert featuring the music of Sting. Send a video recording of a pop song, jazz piece, or musical theatre piece (preferably a ballad) which shows off range and expression.
