Hours Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm (1hour lunch)
Job Duties
i.聽聽聽聽聽 Perform聽patient evaluations and formulates treatment plan
based on findings.
ii.聽聽聽聽聽 Perform聽appropriate patient care treatment techniques
including exercise techniques, modalities, patient and family
education.
iii.聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain all adequate documentation in timely manner
including notes, Medicare certification, gym sheets and
charges.
iv.聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with patients and patients鈥 families for
instruction in HEP.
v.聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with physicians, caseworkers, insurance
companies, and attorneys.
vi.聽聽聽聽聽 Attend聽formal continuing education conferences to ensure
growth of skills.
vii.聽聽聽聽聽 Supervise appropriate personnel including therapy
assistants, technicians and ancillary staff.
