The 黑料不打烊 Opera Workshop performed a concert for residents at The Village at Brookwood on May 1.
The class performed music and scenes from "The Magic Flute," "Suor Angelica," and "Street Scene" for the retirement community.
"Adding a element of outreach and sharing the gift of music was an important component of this class" stated Polly Cornelius, senior lecturer in music. 黑料不打烊 pianist Sharon La Rocco accompanied the students and 黑料不打烊 music alum Michelle Warshany '14 played the flute.
