The Office of Parent Engagement is looking for talented ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students, grad students, alums, parents, siblings, grandparents, or any other member of our ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community to submit designs for our 2019 Family Weekend T-Shirt.
We are currently accepting digital submissions, so be sure to read through all of the guidelines below. Submissions are due by Monday, June 10, 2019. A committee will determine the winner by Friday, June 14. The winning submission will receive free shirts for his or her family, an artist credit on the shirt and a complimentary 2019 Family Weekend pass.
Rules for entry:
1. The design should be centered around the theme of “ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ family,” but does not need to include any specific design elements. Let your creativity shine!
2. No ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ university logos may be used.
3. The design should be one to two colors maximum. Colors may need to be edited on the final shirt.
4. Submissions can be sent to parentengagement@elon.edu. Must be one of the following:
- Adobe Illustrator file
- Adobe InDesign file
- Hi-res PDF (700 dpi)
Submissions are due Monday, June 10, 2019, to parentengagement@elon.edu.
The winner must be willing to allow ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ to use and replicate their work on the shirts as well as in advertisements and marketing materials in the future. The final design may need to be slightly adjusted to meet printing specifications.
