Thirteen ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students traveled to Atlanta, Georgia, March 2-4 for the Southeastern Commission for the Study of Religion (SECSOR), the annual regional meeting of the American Academy of Religion and the Society of Biblical Literature.  Six of the students presented undergraduate research mentored by professors from the Department of Religious Studies, while the other seven observed in preparation for presenting in the future.

The new book by Professor of Mathematics Crista Arangala and Associate Professor of Mathematics Karen Yokley of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ along with Associate Professor of Mathematics Nicholas Luke of N.C. A&T State University is aimed at exposing a broad audience, including second- and third-year STEM students, to mathematical modeling. 

Polk was tapped to fill the role on an interim basis in 2017. 

Assistant Professor Matt Pardo will perform with The Lucinda Childs Dance Company at Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart festival in July 2018. 

The networking event brought together more than 85 students with recruiters from a variety of organizations.

Through a staged reading, Department of Performing Arts students participated in the creation of a new play.

Mark Mallon, assistant professor of strategic management, researched entrepreneurial resources and their effect on firms’ growth.

Members of the International Living Learning community facilitated a discussion on the topic “When the World is Your Home” with international faculty, staff, and students at the GNA’s March dinner.
