The annual celebration is an opportunity for alumni, parents and students to show their pride in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ by making gifts and sharing their support on social media.
The university’s third #ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈDay celebration has been set for Tuesday, March 8. On-campus events include College Coffee, a senior event and an all-campus celebration. In addition, members of the university community can use #ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈDay on social media to take part in the celebration from anywhere in the world.
In honor of last year’s #ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈDay celebration, donors made 2,703 gifts totaling more than $702,000 and several alumni and parent donors provided generous matching and challenge gifts to encourage additional support for the university. #ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈDay also garnered over 4,000 mentions on social media, becoming a top six trending topic nationwide on Twitter.
