ABA webinar on lawyers as agents of change – Nov. 16

During this month's ABA Free CLE Series, join members of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law community to explore the role of lawyers and the judiciary as a participant in resolving social conflicts. 

“From Montgomery to Ferguson and Baltimore, Lawyers as Agents of Change: The Role of the Law in the Long Arc of Justice” is a free CLE webinar that will take place Monday, November 16 from 1:00 to 2:35 pm. The webinar will be in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law computer lab on the lower level of the library. 

All current students and members of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law community are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served. 

RSVP is needed by Monday, Nov. 16 at 10 am to Monica Glover. 

Speakers include: Nicole Austin-Hillery, Director and Counsel for The Brennan Center For Justice; Sheila Y. Thomas, Attorney at the Law Offices of Sheila Thomas; and Stephen F. Hanlon, Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University School of Law.
