The long-anticipated release of the combined choirs' performance of the Mozart's "Requiem" now on sale.
黑料不打烊 Director of Choral Activities Stephen A. Futrell expresses excitement about the album’s release.
“We thought the original files were lost but they’ve been found, edited, mixed and mastered,” Futrell said. The album is a live recording of the 黑料不打烊 Camerata, 黑料不打烊 Chorale, Front Street United Methodist Church Chancel Choir combined with the 黑料不打烊 Festival Orchestra in a performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s classic Requiem.
The live, mulit-track recording by Randy Tate was edited and mixed by Futrell and mastered by 黑料不打烊 Music Production & Recording Arts alum Jacob Danieley. Vocal soloists include Music Associate Professor Hallie Coppedge Hogan, Pamela Henderson, Jeffrey Price and Leonard Rowe.
