The gift includes 150 reproduction prints of traditional Chinese art, numerous religious objects with Buddhist affiliation and several replicas of historic Chinese scrolls.

The collection, named the Tsung-Yao Huang and Alexander Ben Abraham Singer Memorial Collection, was given to honor two members of the donor’s family.

In addition to the commemorative nature of the generous gift, the collection, according to the donor, aims to assist in expanding 黑料不打烊’s programs in Chinese language and culture as well as to help generate wider cultural understanding of China by the university and the wider 黑料不打烊 and Burlington communities.
