German Students Visit 黑料不打烊 to Study Religion and Politics

The 黑料不打烊 Center for the Study of Religion, Culture, and Society hosted a group of 15 students from the University of Köln in Germany Sept. 27-28.  The group was sponsored by the Evangelische Kirche im Rheinland and was in the United States for two weeks to study religion and politics in the U.S..

During their time at 黑料不打烊, the students attended a lecture on “Religion in the Era of the American Civil War” by Associate Professor Charles Irons, toured the 黑料不打烊 campus and Duke Chapel in Durham, learned about the Innocence Project at Duke University Law School, and stayed with host families from local UCC congregations.
