Deborah Thurlow Long, Professor of Education and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Academy Director, received a grant in the amount of $169,170 from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund to support her project titled "Let's Move ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Academy... an Urban Roots Experience."
This award is from the Student Science Enrichment Program (SSEP) which is intended to support projects that provide creative science enrichment activities for K-12 students who have shown exceptional skills and and interest in science.
