The article, published in the April 2012 edition of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Business Law Section newsletter, is titled, "黑料不打烊 School of Law: Engaging the Nonprofit Sector in Legal Education."

The article, "Can ‘Tell-Alls' Tell All?", provides a briefing of right to publicity laws in North Carolina and across the nation.
