ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law Professor Scott Gaylord defends North Carolina's system of judicial elections in the article "Judicial Independence Revisited: Judicial Elections and Missouri Plan Challenges," published in the North Carolina Law Review's online supplement, Addendum. In addition, he published an op-ed on the subject in the Feb. 1, 2012 edition of the News & Observer.
