ART 380, Professional Practices in Art, is organizing and sponsoring a student-juried art show titled “Hands Off,” which will run from Nov. 21 to Feb. 1 in the Isabella Canon Room in the Center for the Arts. This exhibition will consider artwork, created for class or otherwise, by enrolled undergraduate ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students. Students of all majors are encouraged to participate.
You can submit artwork ready for display in the lobby of Arts West at the following times:
Wednesday, Nov. 9, 12 – 2 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 10, 12 – 2 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 11, 12 – 4 p.m.
All entrants will be required to pay a $5 fee for the submission of up to three pieces (not $5 each). A juror will select the pieces to be displayed in the show and award a cash prize to one. On the day of the reception, viewers will vote on their favorite piece, which will also be awarded a monetary prize. Recognition will be displayed next to the winning pieces.
