Less than two years after President Barack Obama won office with a tidal wave of voter support for the Democratic Party, Republicans are on the verge of their own historic movement and will likely reclaim majority status in at least one chamber of Congress, according to a national political analyst who visited campus this week for a series of classroom and public events.

Anthony Amoruso, assistant accounting professor, and Neeraj Gupta, assistant finance professor in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, compiled a list of the top 75 public companies in North Carolina by market capitalization for a feature article in the August 2010 edition of Business North Carolina.

Career Services this week is introducing “���ϲ����� Employer Partners,” a new program to build more awareness of top companies seeking ���ϲ����� job candidates. Featured partners include four Fortune 500 companies: EMC Corporation, Credit Suisse, Lowe’s Companies, and E. & J.
