Larry Vellani, director of corporate and foundation relations, composed and delivered a short devotional reflection May 7 at the 2010 baccalaureate vespers of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. His thoughts borrowed from the text of the reformed hymn “Earth and All Stars” by H. F. Brokering (1926-2009).

The School of Communications has published the inaugural issue of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Journal of Undergraduate Research in Communications, the first journal of its kind in the nation.

Multicultural Center welcomes new assistant directors for 2010-11 academic year

Leon Williams, director of the Multicultural Center, has announced the addition of two full-time assistant directors for the 2010-11 academic year. Melissa Jordan '06, currently part of the Multicultural Center staff, and Lauren Flinn begin their duties in August.
Jeffrey Coker named next director of General Studies Program

Associate professor Jeffrey Coker has been named the next director of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s General Studies Program and will observe and assist the current director, professor Janet Warman, during 2010-11 before assuming full duties in the fall of 2011.
