ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law is pleased to host an Admitted Student Day on Saturday, April 24, from 9 a.m. to 11. All applicants who have been admitted to the law school are welcome and encouraged to attend. A light continental breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law will host an Admissions Open House on Friday, April 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. This event will give prospective students the opportunity to meet ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ law students, faculty, and staff; attend a mock law class; learn more about the unique characteristics of an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law education; tour the facilities; and obtain information about our admissions process and financial aid.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law professor Henry Gabriel recently presented on the new Geneva Convention on Intermediated Securities at the annual meeting of the American Society of International Law in Washington D.C.

Chris Leupold, associate professor of psychology, will serve as the next academic coordinator for the Leadership Program, beginning with the 2010-11 academic year.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's Center for Environmental Studies is hosting a workshop from April 29-30 focused on cougar behavior, ecology and identification this month to be taught by Jim Halfpenny. This workshop is open to all who are interested, including ecologists, naturalists, educators, or outdoor-enthusiasts.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ juniors Josh Carswell and Amanda Fish, both music performance majors, have been selected to participate in the American Opera Singers Project this June.
