From the Charlotte Observer (2/17/10): Mecklenburg County's online property records are a hit with residents trying to track bad landlords, delinquent taxpayers or home values.

More than 60 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ MBA students, alums and faculty came out to the third annual Cocktails & A Musical event on Saturday, February 13, at the McCrary Theatre. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were followed a performance of the musical “110 in the Shade.” The evening was sponsored by the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ MBA Student-Alumni Association.

The Center for Leadership will be hosting a series of events this month during its 2nd annual LEADStrong week to celebrate leadership within the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community. The week recognizes various aspects of leadership that ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ leaders exemplify on campus.

Fourteen Exercise Science students attended the Southeast American College of Sports Medicine meeting Feb. 11-13 in Greenville, N.C. Exercise Science faculty Barry Beedle, Wally Bixby, Joyce Davis, Eric Hall, Paul Miller and Health and Human Performance faculty member Liz Bailey also attended the conference.
