Technology wiki – I&CT built to provide you with one place to search and find technology information, including documentation, technology announcements, policies, and more. Help us keep the Technology wiki up-to-date by adding new content, editing existing content, or commenting on existing pages. The Technology wiki is built for the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community by the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community and holds the answers to many of your technology questions.
Live Chat Online – For your convenience the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community can now access technical support directly from the Technology Web site by clicking on the “Live Chat Online” link located on the left of the page. At the end of your technical support chat session, the entire transcript is automatically emailed for reference.
WebCheckout Equipment Reservations – Campus users needing to borrow A/V equipment from Media Services or ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Television can now reserve their equipment online. Visit and log in with your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ email username/password to view and reserve available equipment like laptops, data projectors, video cameras, and more. This gives you 24/7 access to reserving the equipment you need for projects, assignments, and events.
